Lots of love for Enjoy Life which makes chocolate chips of many sizes and types (dark, semi-sweet, white chocolate, etc.) that are also free of the top 9 allergens 🤭 they melted perfectly and we topped them with crushed @yumearth candy canes 🎄

One of the things I miss most about the UK is the food 🫶 and yes many people have told me that it’s an unpopular opinion BUT I have never lived somewhere so conscientious + accommodating of food allergies and I think that’s really special :) :)

these pictures are from Oxford formals, which are three-course meals in the dining halls! I would just note my allergies when making the booking online, then there would a printed card ready so that the waitstaff knew. It was nice to be included and to not have to worry about food for a bit! Studying abroad pushed me outside my comfort zone, and while it was a *lot* of work, I’m glad I got to have this experience 🥰🥰
